{"id":4777,"date":"2026-03-22T08:48:18","date_gmt":"2026-03-22T07:48:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agnf.de\/?p=4777"},"modified":"2026-03-24T09:13:30","modified_gmt":"2026-03-24T08:13:30","slug":"agnf-trains-experts-from-ukraine-in-esi-triage-system","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agnf.de\/en\/agnf-trains-experts-from-ukraine-in-esi-triage-system\/","title":{"rendered":"Education Congress, WEEM and Parliamentary Breakfast"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>2nd Rescue Service Education Congress, Parliamentary Breakfast on Emergency and Rescue Service Reform and WEEM &#8211; Women Empowerment in Emergency Medicine &#8211; the INOB has (co-)organized events in F\u00fcrth and Berlin over the past few days.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Around 400 experts and 30 specialist exhibitors came together at the 2nd Rescue Service Education Congress in F\u00fcrth town hall. Educational stakeholders from rescue service practice, vocational schools, universities and associations from all over Germany came together to discuss key topics for the future of rescue service education.<br \/>\nThe initiators of the congress &#8211; the Bundesverband f\u00fcr Bildung im Rettungswesen (BVBRW), Stumpf+Kossendey Verlag and the Institut f\u00fcr notfallmedizinische Bildung (INOB) &#8211; are committed to the further development of vocational training and quality assurance in the emergency medical services and brought together teachers, practice instructors, university lecturers and school administrators as well as anyone interested in shaping future-oriented emergency medical services training. The extensive congress program consisted of lectures, panel discussions and workshops, and a poster session was also held for the first time. The 3rd Rescue Service Education Congress is scheduled for   12. + April 13, 2027 F\u00fcrth again in the Stadthalle F\u00fcrth.<\/p>\n<p>Several professional societies and associations have drawn up a joint position paper entitled &#8220;From stopgap to primary care&#8221;. Participants include the Federal Association of Working Groups of Emergency Doctors in Germany (BAND), the Federal Association for Education in Emergency Services (BVBRW), the German Professional Association of Emergency Medical Services (DBRD), the German Society for Emergency Medicine (DGINA), the Professional Association of Control Centers (FVLST) and the Institute for Emergency Medical Education (INOB).<br \/>\nThe focus is on the legal anchoring of out-of-hospital, case-closing acute care, a digitally networked healthcare management system across the board, specialized resources for low-priority operations and a tiered qualification system for out-of-hospital professionals. These topics were discussed on March 19 at a parliamentary breakfast in the Jakob-Kaiser-Haus in Berlin with members of the Health Committee in the Bundestag. <\/p>\n<p>On Saturday, March 21, almost 100 participants and speakers from acute, emergency and intensive care medicine met at the F\u00fcrth Academy Hospital for the 2nd &#8220;WEEM &#8211; Women Empowerment in Emergency Medicine&#8221; conference. The INOB brought together female doctors, nurses, paramedics, pupils and students from all over Germany, sending a strong signal for equal rights, diversity, fair opportunities, equal representation based on qualifications and structural support to make career paths for women in emergency medicine more sustainable.<br \/>\nThe Bavarian Minister of Health, Judith Gerlach, acted as patron for the first time.
