Lateral entry as a specialist teacher for the vocational training of emergency paramedics
For our vocational school for emergency paramedics in Stein, we are looking for a part-time or full-time specialist teacher (m/f/d) for the vocational training of emergency paramedics from May.
Have you completed a degree in rescue science and are you passionate about high-quality teaching in emergency medicine?
What we expect
- Completed university degree in rescue science:
– Bachelor’s degree with at least 20 ECTS in rescue science (e.g. emergency response, rescue science, rescue engineering)
-or Master’s degree with at least 40 ECTS in rescue science
-or Master’s degree with at least 40 ECTS in medical and scientific content - Completed vocational training as an emergency paramedic
- Very good knowledge of PC/EDP applications, especially Microsoft Office 365
- Willingness to work in the rescue service
- Willingness to further qualify as a teacher (approx. 10 Saturday appointments)
- Class B driver’s license
- Ability to act independently
- Team spirit, communication skills, flexibility and creativity
Your tasks
- Planning and implementation of specialist theoretical and practical teaching as part of training and further education to become an emergency paramedic
- Planning and implementation of practical support in the training rescue stations and clinics
- Assuming joint responsibility for school operations in accordance with the respective statutory provisions of the school supervisory authorities
- Support in the conceptual design, development and implementation of training and further education; incl. E-learning, simulation training, etc.
- Depending on expertise, involvement in other AGNF projects
