Team leader for paramedic training

We are looking for a team leader (m/f/d) for our paramedic training program in Fürth on a part-time or full-time basis as soon as possible.

What we expect

Training to become an emergency paramedic
Good, application-safe knowledge of PC/EDP applications, especially Microsoft Office 365
Ideally experience in adult education
Distinct social and professional competence as well as leadership skills
Willingness to take on responsibility and to work in a committed, independent and creative manner
Customer orientation
Ability to act independently
Team spirit, communication skills, flexibility and creativity
Class B driver’s license

Planning and implementation of theoretical and practical lessons in our training center for paramedics
Management of the courses in coordination with the management and administration
Support in conceptual development, including simulation processes etc.
Curricular management and further development of course offerings
Management and further development of the team
Implementation and optimization of quality management
