For our training and simulation center in Fürth we are looking for an employee (m/f/d) for the area of further education and training.

What we expect

  • Completed vocational training as an emergency paramedic or healthcare and nursing professional with advanced training in anesthesia and intensive care or emergency care
  • Successfully completed pedagogical training (e.g. practical instructor, lecturer in adult education)
  • A high affinity for emergency medicine
  • Very good knowledge of PC/EDP applications, especially Microsoft Office
  • Class B driver’s license
  • Ability to act independently
  • Organizational and planning skills
  • Team spirit, communication skills, flexibility and creativity

Your tasks

  • Planning and implementation of further education and training events, incl. Simulation training
  • Preparation and follow-up of further education and training events
  • Support in the conceptual design and development of the area of further education and training; incl. digital education, simulation training, etc.
  • Support in practical training at our vocational schools for emergency paramedics
